How to exchange an order on Cartcafe?

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased on Cartcafe you can easily exchange it. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the particular seller. If the product is out of stock, we would refund you the entire amount.

What is the process of pick up?

Once you have requested the replacement of a product, you can send back the product to us, shipping charges of which shall be barred by the customer . Please ensure that the product, which you wish to return, is unused. In addition to that, kindly keep all the price tags, original packing, labels etc. intact. The customer has to bear the charges for return and refund.

The customer support team would give you a Return ID. Kindly mention this ID on the package so that it becomes easy to acknowledge your return. The replacement/refund would be initiated as soon as we receive the product.
